Hello, I have a 2012 C300 that has the HID Xenon replacement bulbs that are not working. Both bulbs appear to be okay. All other lights are working with no issues. Car display shows that both the left and right low beams are inactive. I keep reading about a ballast that supports the HID replacement bulbs. Once it is, plug the other side of the kufatec adapter into the light. Line up the new bi-xenon headlight and carefully slide it into place. You have to put them back in just like you took them out, kind of at an angle. There is a little track that they slide into, which guides the tabs into place. The bi-xenons will only activate if the headlights are on (set to low beam) and you activate the high beams.
